Subscription Kit Timeline: 

1st - 3rd of the Month: Subscription Renewal (Payment Deduction)

Confirmation emails are sent about this month's theme/project.

4th - 7th: Packing & Shipping

    Boxes are shipped by the 7th to ensure most subscribers receive their box within a week (*depending on location*)

10th - 14th: Boxes Arrive

Subscribers start receiving their boxes around this time!

15th - 18th: Scheduled Live Video Call

We Host a one time live craft-along + Q&A during this window. We create the project together! The live is posted 1-3 days after recorded. 

 

A Couple Things: 

Stencil Image:
Each month features a surprise stencil image! You'll receive an email letting you know what it is—but just a heads-up, all stencil designs are exclusive to our online kits and are not offered in workshops at Hilo Fiber Bar.

Yarn Colorway:
All kits include the same yarn colorway, which cannot be customized.
Want to mix it up? Feel free to bring your own extra yarn when completing the project!

Video Call (Craft-Along Session):
Our virtual craft calls happen in the evening and are super casual.
We'll guide you through the project step-by-step—no pressure to be on camera! Just come hang out, ask questions, and create with us. The session usually lasts 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

First-Timers Welcome:
We recommend trying a workshop at Hilo Fiber Bar first, but it's not required.
These exclusive online stencil projects are beginner-friendly, and you're always welcome to join the monthly video call for extra guidance!
